Return and Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the item is in its original condition with tags attached and/or packaging intact.
Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact info@itemroot.com to obtain a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Once you have received your return authorization number, please ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition with tags attached and/or packaging intact, along with a copy of your original receipt. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund for the purchase price to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@itemroot.com to obtain an exchange authorization number. Exchanges without an exchange authorization number will not be accepted. Once you have received your exchange authorization number, please ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition with tags attached and/or packaging intact, along with a copy of your original receipt. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your exchange, we will inspect the item(s) and ship out the new item(s) to you. Please note that shipping and handling fees for the exchange item(s) are your responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@itemroot.com within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect before issuing a refund or exchange. In terms of shipping fee, we will send you a shipping label for exchange or return.
