Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery within the continental United States.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Free shipping : If you purchase over $50 and an item weight is less than 1 lb, the shipping is free. Under $50 order,  the shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and  your destination.

Damaged or Lost Packages:  If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to file a claim with the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate the package or issue a refund.

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 5 hours of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed.
