Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes, the purchasing order has to be over $50. If the order is under $50, the shipping cost will be based on your location and a item's weight.   

Can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. What is the refund policy?

Normally, you can send return items within  30 day , Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund for the purchase price to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

Please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account. I want to change my address after I placed an order , what can I do?

Please contact us within 3 hours if carriers still have not picked it up yet, we can revise  it for you. If after the package has been shipped, you need to contact the carrier who could be able  to redeliver . 

Can I cancel an order after I have placed ?

yes, but make sure you notify us within 5 hours or the carrer has not been picked it up. if you still want to cancel the package after it has been shipped , please send it back for refund.

How does your company handle missing or damaged items I have received or do not receive a package?

Please inform us immediately within 5 business day , we will instruct you what to do 

How do my order is being processed by your company?

  1. Once we get your order , we will locate the item in the warehouse.
  2. When the item that on a staff's hand, he (she) will double confirm is it the right item .
  3.  We will ship tit to you in the same day or next day. it all depends our capacity of shipping. No longer than 2 business day.
  4. In term of shipping service, it is based on your selection shipping methods. if your order 's value is bigger than $50, we will  pay for your shipping fee and ship it either via UPS or USPS.
  5. After your order is packed and has the tracking number , we will immediately email to you.
  6. Finally, your order will be waiting a carrier 's staff to pick it up in our warehouse.
