Cooking Method for Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Prepare the Ribs: Start with 1 lb of pork ribs. Cut them into bite-sized pieces for easy cooking and serving.

Coat with Flour: Lightly coat the pork ribs with fried flour to ensure a crispy texture when deep-fried.

Deep-Fry: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the coated pork ribs and deep-fry until they are golden brown and well done, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the ribs and drain excess oil on paper towels.
