I was a chef for a very large food distribution company in 2003. I started experiencing a terrible cough my first week on the job and I went to my see my doctor who prescribed antibiotics. Well they didn't help. After two weeks, a Chinese Salesman walked into the kitchen and handed me a box of LO-HAN-KUO INFUSION. He told me how to use it and I started using it that same night. It only took me three days of drinking this beverage before all of my symptoms went away; I was just amazed. I later asked the salesman how he knew what I had and he explained that it happened to the entire Chinese sales team and it was caused by the Truck Bay where all the fumes and brake dust was getting into their lungs. This tea is amazing and it gets all of us through the winter season without any flu. My family calls me as soon as they get flu symptoms and asks me for this because they know how fast it works. Oh, to update, the company moved that sales team to a different location after they kept getting ill and the problem stopped.
Dates are full of fiber. I use them on a bran mash that my husband and I use to keep our bowels moving. It works!
